Patrick
S. Privatera, MS, PT, ATC
President
President of LeRoy Physical Therapy, Gates-Chili Physical Therapy,
and Gananda-Walworth Physical Therapy. A 1996 graduate of Ithaca
College's physical therapy program, Pat previously served as
the Secretary of the RPTA before being elected President in
2008. He earned his certification as an athletic trainer in
2000 from the Board of Certification of the National Athletic
Trainers Association. Pat and his wife, Maureen, reside in LeRoy,
NY with their four children.

Marcia
Miller Spoto PT, DC, OCS
Vice
President
Owner of STAR Physical Therapy PLLC, with offices in Fairport
and Greece, NY. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical
Therapy from Daemen College and Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
from Palmer College. She is a Certified Orthopedic Specialist
through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Marcia
is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at Nazareth College
of Rochester. She lives in Pittsford with her husband John. They
have 6 children. |

Stephen Hall
Treasurer
Partner in West Irondequoit Physical Therapy. Steve has served
as the Treasurer of the RPTA for several years. He also has been
an ongoing panel member of the RIPA and Preferred Care P.T. subcommittees.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University and the College of Health
Related Professions at SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse,
NY. He resides in West Brighton with his wife Laurel. They have
three children and three grandchildren. |

Dennis
Ruh PT, DPT Cert MDT
Owner director of Southtowns Physical Therapy Group P.C. Offices
in West Seneca and Lancaster, NY., Dennis is certified in Mechanical
Diagnosis and Treatment of Spinal Disorders by the McKenzie Institute
and has completed an extensive list of advanced education courses.
He has served on the NYSAPTA Reimbursement committee for over
10 years and has been active locally with insurance companies
for more than 20 years. Dennis worked for WNYBCBS in utilization
review. |

Pat O'Connor,

Co-owner/President
of Buffalo Rehab Group Physical Therapy, P.C. He is a 1985 graduate
of Ithaca College and received a Masters degree in Exercise
Science from Ithaca in 1989. He has been Certified by the McKenzie
Institute in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of Spinal Disorders
and is also a Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the Am.
Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. In 2008, he completed
a 10 month GIFT fellowship program through the Gray Institute
in Applied Functional Science. He has published research in
Physical Therapy journal. Past adjunct faculty member of Michigan
State University of Osteopathic Medicine and presented various
conferences for health professionals around the country.

Ron
White, PT
Co-owner of Buffalo Physical Therapy and Sport Rehabilitation,
PC. Ron graduated from D'Youville College in 1992 and received
his OCS (board certified orthopedic specialist) in 2007. Ron has
instructed numerous courses at the collegiate level and attends
numerous CE courses. He resides in Clarence and lives with his
wife Christine and three boys.
