Andrew Mattle, PT, DPT
Andy Mattle Graduated with his BS in Physical Therapy from
the University at Buffalo in 1991. He also, received his Certificate
in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from The Gulf Coast Physical Therapy
Institute in 1991. He received his Doctorate in Orthopedic Physical
Therapy from Daemen College in 2008. In 1994, Andy co-founded
Physical Therapy Professionals, PC. They provide outpatient,
home care, school based, and community home based Physical Therapy
services in multiple locations in and around Livingston County.
He has been active and involved in various capacities in the
PT committee and "Alliance" community since 1994.

Michael P. Huson, PT, DPT, OCS
Owner of Huson Physical Therapy in Geneva, NY. He received
his BS from Ithaca College in 2000 and MS in Physical Therapy
from Ithaca College in 2001. He earned his Doctorate of Physical
Therapy from AT Still University in 2008. He is a Board Certified
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and is a Clinical Assistant
Professor at Nazareth College. Mike is also a member of the
American Physical Therapy Association, New York Physical Therapy
Association, and The Alliance of Independent Physical Therapists.
Patrick S. Privatera, MS, PT, ATC
President of LeRoy Physical Therapy and Athletic Training PLLC,
with locations in LeRoy, Batavia, and Gananda-Walworth. A 1996
graduate of Ithaca College's physical therapy program, Pat previously
served as the Secretary before serving as President of the Physical
Therapy Alliance of Upstate NY in 2008-2013. He earned his certification
as an athletic trainer in 2000 from the Board of Certification
of the National Athletic Trainers Association. Pat and his wife,
Maureen, reside in LeRoy, NY with their four children.
Marcia Miller Spoto PT, DC, OCS
Owner of STAR Physical Therapy PLLC, in Fairport, NY. She received
her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College
and Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College. She is
a Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Board
of Physical Therapy Specialties. Marcia is a Professor of Physical
Therapy at Nazareth College of Rochester. She lives in Pittsford
with her husband John. They have six children.
Alanna Pokorski, PT, DPT
Senior Vice President of Sports Physical Therapy of NY, PC.
Alanna received her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
from Daemen College and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from
Arcadia University. She manages eleven locations from Buffalo
to Saratoga Springs and is the director of social media/marketing
for Sports PT. Alanna also serves as Treasurer for the Western
District of the New York Physical Therapy Association, and is
an annual guest lecturer at University at Buffalo Physical Therapy
Department. She resides in Amherst with her husband, Brian,
and their two children.
Kevin Nellis, PT
Kevin Nellis, PT is a 1983 Graduate of Ithaca College with
a Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy. He has been a physical
therapist for 33 years. He is co-owner of Physical Therapy Plus
(25 years) which has four offices in CNY. He has participated
in continuing education courses following the training of Cyriax
and Maitland as well as other courses focusing on manual spinal
techniques. He has completed a series of courses to train in
the McKenzie approach to spinal disorders. He is proficient
with shoulder and knee examination and treatment including total
joint rehabilitation. Kevin has many years of experience with
ergonomics, job site analysis, and functional capacity evaluation.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association
and NY State Chapter. He is president of My Hometown Physical
Therapy in Syracuse, NY.
Lynn Steenberg, PT
Lynn Steenberg is President & CEO of Sports Physical Therapy
of New York, PC (Sports PT). Sports PT is one of the largest,
independently-owned physical therapy provider in New York State
with 12 locations from Buffalo to Saratoga. The 85 employees
of Sports PT are comprised of over 34 licensed physical therapists,
and a dedicated support team that rounds out the overall patient
experience from scheduling to billing. Sports PT provides comprehensive
rehabilitation programs for people of all ages addressing individual's
needs following surgery or for chronic conditions. Using evidence-based
treatment, Sports PT's clinical team help people improve motion,
reduce pain, reduce swelling, increase muscle strength, improve
endurance, restore function and prevent disability.
Lynn earned a degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College
in 1978 and has been working in the healthcare field since.
She became nationally certified in athletic training in 1979
and began her sports medicine management career at Cornell in
1981, where she was the supervisor of the Physical Therapy Department.
In 1986 Lynn returned to Syracuse to open Onondaga Sports Medicine
Center where she started the first sports medicine outreach
program for local athletes. In 2005 she founded Sports Physical
Therapy of New York, PC.
In 2012, Sports PT received the Excellence in Healthcare Award
from Columbia University and was ranked the 15th best small
company in New York in 2011. Sports PT was named one of the
Best Small Companies in Central New York in 2013 and received
the Excellence in Healthcare Award in 2015.
Lynn is a member of the Women Presidents Organization and the
National Association of Professional Women. She is a former
member of the Board of Directors of the Hospice Foundation of
CNY serving six years as secretary. Additionally, Lynn was an
active member of the Regional Board of the American Red Cross
and served as the secretary of the Board of Directors of the
local chapter for six years, receiving the Clara Barton Award
for Exceptional Volunteer Leadership. Lynn is a Nottingham High
School Hall of Fame Inductee. Additionally, she received the
Ann Michel Entrepreneur Award in 2014 and the Outstanding Mentor
at the Successful Business Women Awards in 2016.
In addition to her Sports PT success, in 2010, Lynn, along
with her son Ryan, started FORE Performance, Rochester's premier
golf fitness and personal performance facility. This unique
sport-specific training experience is designed to promote athletic
ability and personal fitness by focusing on the development
of human movement.
